Our customer-friendly Return and Exchange Policy
We will gladly accept all unused items for exchange or return within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, minus any shipping fees. To be eligible for a return, your item should be returned in the same condition that it was received. But don't be alarmed! We will happily work with you until you are happy with your product.
Please note that items that are used or damaged are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Please note that you should not return any products prior to speaking with one of our team members.
Did you receive an item that is defective or incorrect? We got you covered! Our company will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
Otherwise, please ship your items back at your earliest convenience using your favorite carrier. We do recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning any items valued over $25. Sometimes having that peace of mind is worth the extra expense!

What should I expect?
Refunds may take up to 4 weeks, although we promise to do our best to avoid this type of delay. A returned item may take 5 to 10 business days to get from your home to our shop. Our team requires 3 to 5 business days to process refund and exchange requests. The bank or credit card company may also take an additional 5 to 10 business days to process your refund. We will provide a reference number for your return so that you know when our part of the process is complete.
